First time to use Joplins AC. Great work at a fair price. Erik Renteria and his right had guy did an amazing job. Not only did they preform the job as planned, they went over and beyond to fix other problems they found when they got there. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing AC repair in the North Texas area. I am signing up for their maintenance plan today!

Technician Greg Whitaker arrived on time. Assessed the system where improvement opportunity was identified to assure that overflow drains would function best. He explained the work that would be done. He was thorough and had all parts required on his truck so that no trip to a local HVAC supply store needed to be visited. Thanks for a great job !

Joplin’s technician Jason replaced the blower motor in our A/C system’s air handler. He was very professional, courteous, and meticulous. He cleaned every blade in the squirrel cage with a toothbrush as the motor assembly was 11 years old. KUDOS TO JASON AND JOPLIN’S!!!!!!!

Erik had come by today to do some servicing on both our AC units as well as airbalancing (our media room was off). He was extremely polite, professional, detailed, understanding, courteous and all-in-all an excellent person to interact with. He did not seem hurried at all and was willing to make a conversation . we had used Joplins once a few years ago based on a colleague’s referral. I am very happy with the choice we made . Erik was very thorough and detailed in his work. Moreover, after he diagnosed that the capacitor and the motor on one of the units was bad, he was willing to undo some of the work he’d done so we could go through our home warranty. Gestures like this serve as a great testimony of Joplin’s customer-centric focus. They have definitely earned our business for good !!

I recently moved to McKinney from Plano. My “new” house had a 6-7 year old Lennox evap. coil spring a leak. I had used Joplin’s in my Plano home for around 10 years, so I called them. Hobed and Anthony came out and did an outstand job of removing the old coil and plenum and installing a new one. They were very detailed in what they did, making sure everything was level so it would drain properly, all sealed up and secure, and answered all my questions (I’m an engineer at a local defense contractor, so I’m really particular). The system is working great, and I’m expecting many years of service! Thanks again!!!
