Bill Joplin’s wins Carrier President’s Award

Bill Joplin’s Air Conditioning & Heating of McKinney has been awarded the Carrier 2007 President’s Award, one of the Carrier Corp.’s highest honors for its dealers.

The annual award recognizes dealers that exemplify quality in customer service and are considered one of Carrier’s model Factory Authorized Dealers when working with consumers.

President’s Award elite winners will serve as role models for their fellow Carrier dealers nationwide, according to a news release. The award presents the opportunity for recipients to aid other dealers, and cultivate excellence across the dealer group as a whole. Bill Joplin’s Air Conditioning & Heating was chosen from a field of nationwide Carrier Factory Authorized Dealers.

The selection criteria for 2007 focused on leadership, management, customer intimacy, brand recognition, industry expertise and operational excellence in all areas critical to exceeding the quality, comfort and performance expectations of Carrier customers.

“This year, our President’s Award winners have demonstrated impressive abilities at achieving and maintaining customer satisfaction while delivering exceptional customer value and successfully positioning the Carrier brand in their respective markets,” said Karie Johnson, manager of programs and promotions for Carrier Residential North America. “We wanted to acknowledge and recognize these top-performing dealerships because each of them differentiated themselves by combining sound business practices with unique marketing strategies while being Carrier brand ambassadors.”

Recipients were honored at the 39th Annual Indoor Air Expo Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA) conference in Orlando during Carrier’s annual FAD meeting. They were scored based on a weighted matrix that levels the playing field among dealerships of all sizes.
